If you don't love it, return it! We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, contact us here. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for an IconBae® associate to reach out to you. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Step 1
Submit a return request (include Order Number in message). Please allow up to 24-48 hours for an IconBae® associate to reach out to you. You will receive return information via email once the return request step has been completed.

Step 2
A $2.99 processing fee applies to all USA returns. All exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The return shipping cost will not be covered by IconBae®, please save your return tracking number. 


Step 3
Please allow 1-2 business days once IconBae® has received the returned package to process your return. Once we have completed the return you will receive an email confirmation, confirming both the return and refund have been completed. Please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be applied to the original form of payment (depending on your merchant).


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
